Is it waterproof? Waterproof level?
All our e-bikes are waterproof with IPX5 level.
Battery life? How is it charged?
800 charging and discharging times, using a removable battery, charging through an external adapter.
Where is the shipment and when will it be delivered?
Orders are usually scheduled to be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders from the UK will be shipped from the UK warehouse and will be received by the customer within approximately 3-5 working days. Orders from EU countries will be shipped from the Polish warehouse and will be received by the customer in about 8-10 working days.
How much does the logistics cost?
All our e-bikes are shipped free of charge (not applicable to remote areas). For accessories purchased separately, a charge of €10-20 may apply.
Do I need to pay VAT tax?
Cause package dispatch from european warehouses, we have paid the freight, customs and VAT tax.
How long is the warranty for this product?
Usually the whole bike warranty period is one year, and the warranty period of individual special accessories will be different as follow. Please check our warranty policy for details.
